What happened: Nasinu made a dramatic comeback in the second half to draw Tailevu/Naitasiri in Fiji Sun/Skipper Tuna Premier League match at Buckhurst Park, Suva yesterday.
Down 2-0 at halftime, Nasinu managed to cut the lead 2-1 early in the second half.
With 10 minutes remaining, Nasinu defied all odds and scored two goals with Nathan Kumar scoring the third to equalise 3-3.
The draw saved Nasinu from their first defeat of the season.
Comments: Nasinu coach Abdul Zaman applauded the players.
“Our players did their basics right and played according to instructions relayed to them.
“Our players utilised the possession well and I am pleased with their performance,” Zaman said.
“Our aim is to qualify for the Super Premier division next season and our players are working hard for that.
“This was our second match and we are confident that we will win our matches to qualify for the top division next season.”
