Welcome to Supercar Sunday, where we serve up the week's best high-performance fun and frolic. It's all game here, so long as it's fast and exclusive. Sit back and ogle the Internet's finest exotic machinery.

Lamborghini with a Bowtie

The Jalpa was never Lamborghini's fastest car, or the prettiest, or the most beloved. It was, however, the least expensive car the company offered from 1981 to 1988. This particular Jalpa had its 3.5-liter twin-cam V8 replaced with 346 cubic inches of American muscle. Supplemented by a Magnuson blower and run through a Toyota transaxle, this budget Bull is quicker through the quarter than an Aventador.

Ferrari's new California T hasn't even made its public debut, yet Hansen Art have already sketched out how it'll look in widebody form. The turbo droptop doesn't look half bad with birthing hips, and we've got to tip our hat to the rendering quality. Well done.

... and a widebody Lamborghini Huracan

Now this is more our style. Hansen Art's second rendering is a reimagining of the new LP670-4 'Corsa Veloce', and it's all sorts of citrus-hued badass—letter-painted Toyo slicks, big ol' carbon wing, and massive overfenders with a hardware aisle's worth of exposed rivets. It's like a Rocket Bunny Lamborghini. We dig it.

Epic McLaren road trip

The McLaren 12C's most cited superlative is its two-pronged driving personality—part 616-hp Ferrari-slayer, part placid highway cruiser. Our friends from DRIVE put this to the test by driving three examples of Woking's entry-level supercar 1200-some-odd miles across Saudi Arabia in search of the Middle East's best driving road. Along the way, they encountered a 1950s classic car collection, nighttime race circuits, and a lot of watermelon. They also got pelted by hail ... in the desert.

Psychedelic Koenigsegg CCXR

Koenigsegg launched its official merchandise store online this week. It's got the usual branded stuff—polo shirts, hats, scale cars, and cufflinks—all at appropriate markup. Browse under the 'Arts' tab, though, and things get trippy. There's a six-part collection of Timothy Leary-abetted serigraphs from Swedish pop artist Ulf Hedetoft. Our favorite piece is Purple Speed, which manages to both capture the beauty of Koenigsegg's 1018-hp CCXR and creepily peer into your soul. We'll stick with the overpriced terrycloth bathrobe, thanks.
