The seminar-workshop was conducted to educate Philippine law practitioners about the Apostille Convention. Main issues explored in the seminar were ensuring the trustworthiness and authenticity of court documents and the detailed examination of how the Apostille Convention is applied in the practice of international law.

In addition, the event took place in order to increase awareness about the Hague Conference and its work in the Asia-Pacific region such as the implementation of its conventions and best practices.
