I choose the best of what I'm offered : Rahul

Rahul Ravindran, who was last seen in Nenem Chinna Pillana?, will soon be seen in an important role in Aadi���s upcoming film, Gaalipatam. It���s the first time he is playing a guest role in a Telugu film and the actor admits that he was ���little hesitant��� initially. ���I wasn���t sure if I should take up the role. The director, Naveen, had seen my performance in Andhala Rakshasi and once we met, I realised that we share a great vibe.He���s a very sensible director and although the screen time is less, I am playing an important role in the film. On top of that, Sampath Nandi is producing the film. So, I decided to take up the offer,��� Rahul says, while talking about his guest appearance in the film.
He has already shot for some portions for the film in Hyderabad and he is all praises for the entire team. ���I had met Aadi couple of times earlier and he���s a very nice guy.We hit it off quite well on the sets. The entire gang is fun to work with,��� he says.
His debut film in got him good reviews; however, his past two films failed to click at the box-office. ���Young actors like me don���t really have a big choice. I choose the best of what I���m offered. There are very few good scripts in any given year and the chances of them reaching me are quite less. At the end of the day, it���s a trade off. You have to decide if you want to wait long enough to get a great script or keep yourself busy,��� he confesses.
So, what's next? ���I���ve already completed dubbing for my next film titled Ala Ila and another film, Hyderabad Love Story is nearing completion. I���m planning to start my next film in April this year,��� he signs off.
