Rajendra School beat St Xavier's to win VCA U-15 title

NAGPUR: Rajendra High School defeated St Xavier's School by six wickets to emerge champions in the U-15 Inter-School Cricket tournament, organized by the Vidarbha Cricket Association, at NEHS ground here on Wednesday.
Opting to bat, St Xavier's School scored 135 in 30 overs thanks to Vignesh Nimje's 42 which included five fours. Yash Kadam was the pick of the bowler with six wickets.Yash was well supported by Dharmendra Singh and Yash Rathod, who took 2 and 1 wicket respectively.
Rajendra HS chased down the target in 22 overs losing just four wickets. Yash Kadam played well with the bat too to remain unbeaten on 43 inclusive of six boundaries. Yash Thorat scored 24 not out. Siddhesh Dandewar (28) and Yash Rathod (25) were the other main contributors.
