Pan-European TV and multimedia content banner Banijay Group has sealed a deal to produce and sell local versions of ITV Studios Global Entertainment’s formats, including Hell’s Kitchen, Come Dine With Me and Saturday Night Takeaway.
The exclusive multi-year agreement will see Banijay Spain, formed of leading producers Cuarzo and DLO Producciones, handle the adaptation and production of ITVS GE’s global formats for local audiences.

It marks the first international output deal for Banijay’s recently expanded Spanish division, which comprises Spanish TV production stable Cuarzo Producciones, led by Ana Rosa Quintana, and DLO Producciones, the drama and entertainment producer founded and headed by Spanish producer Jose Manuel Lorenzo.
Banijay Spain co-head Lorenzo said the deal with ITV Studios Global Entertainment was a testament to the “strength of the partnership between Banijay Group, Ana Rosa’s Cuarzo, and DLO.”
Said Lorenzo: “As a team we offer unparalleled experience in producing hit shows across a diversity of genres for the Spanish market, alongside our solid long-term relationships with the leading broadcasters in the region.”
Tobias de Graaff, director of global television distribution for ITV Studios Global Entertainment, added: “This deal with Banijay Spain will give Spanish viewers the opportunity to watch the formats that have already enjoyed huge success with audiences around the globe.”
