New Delhi: Four juveniles ranging in the age group  12-14 years have been accused of molestation and attempt to rape by the parents of a Class 7 girl in Patel Nagar, West Delhi on Monday.

All the four have not been arrested as they are juveniles. They will be produced before the Delhi Juvenile Justice Board today.
