Copenhagen take slender win

FC Copenhagen forward Igor Vetokele scored the only goal of the game in his team's win over Odense.

FC Copenhagen have kept up the pressure on the Danish Superliga top two with a narrow 1-0 won over Odense.

Igor Vetokele (51) scored the only goal of the game to close the gap to second-placed AaB to three points.

Elsewhere, Brondby recorded a convincing 4-1 win over Nordsjaelland.

Riza Durmisi scored a goal in each half while Christian Norgaard and Daniel Stenderup also got onto the scoresheet, with the visitors' only goal coming courtesy of Thomas Kahlenberg's last-minute own goal.

In the other game, Esbjerg came from behind to beat Viborg 3-1.

Thomas Dalgaard (14) opened the scoring for Viborg but goals from Mushaga Bakenga (33), Jakob Andreasen (60) and substitute Mikkel Vestergaard (73) secured the win for Esbjerg.
