THE boy, 15, was in Honda that left the road and collided with a tree yesterday morning.

Police are appealing for witnesses

A 15-YEAR-OLD boy has been seriously injured in a car crash.

The teenager was in a car that left the road and collided with a tree on the B9128 Forfar to Carnoustie road, near Crombie crossroads, at about 10.15pm yesterday.

He was taken by ambulance to Ninewells Hospital in Dundee with serious injuries.

The black Honda was travelling south towards Carnoustie at the time of the accident.

Police Scotland have appealed for any witnesses to contact the Tayside division on 101.
