How to pick a good pair of sunglasses

Protecting your eyes from the sun begins with picking the right pair of sunglasses.
UAV/UVB protection: Look for labels that say the lenses block 99% or 100% of UVB and UVA rays.
Fit matters: Poorly fitted sunglasses do not provide enough protection. Never choose a pair that fits so close that your eyelashes are hitting the lenses. Rather, choose a pair that fits close to your face around the brow area.
