Over a dozen second-hand motorbikes parked on a private property at Dahisar East were found charred early on Thursday. The Dahisar police suspect arson and are looking out for the accused.

MUMBAI: Over a dozen second-hand motorbikes parked on a private property at Dahisar East were found charred early on Thursday. The Dahisar police suspect arson and are searching for the accused.
"The fire was reported around 1.30 am at a plot on SV Road near Ravindra restaurant. The firemen, after being informed about the blaze by local residents, rushed to the spot and put out the flames.
No casualties were reported," a police official said.
“We have registered a case against an unidentified accused under section 336 of IPC (act endangering life and personal safety of others). The plot, where the incident happened is a disputed property," the official added. The second hand bikes belonged to one Shehbaz Khan. It was only after Khan approached the cops with a complaint that a case was recorded.
