On Friday morning, four men pumped a dozen bullets into two brothers whose tempo had accidentally hit a Skoda in Bawana. Sahab Singh, 41, and Kaptan Singh, 35, died on the spot after being shot from pointblank range.
Their father had told TOI that despite apologizing for the mishap, the men in the car had pushed Sahab around and hit him with a pistol butt. When Kaptan protested, one of the men instructed his accomplices to shoot them.
