New Delhi: In a shocking revealing report provided by National Investigating Agency (NIA), it claims that terrorist Yasin Bhatkal had opened a perfume shop in Darbhanga and made it a center for planning complete conspiracy for Darbhanga.

 
He had opened a shop of perfumes and herbal medicines ‘Almotsaham' in Darbanga in 2001. It gradually became a centre for planning all terrorist activities of the country.
