Headmaster thrashed for 'harassing' student

Anakapalle: Villagers thrashed the headmaster of a government school here on Tuesday for allegedly harassing a Class V student. The family members of the accused and locals beat up the accused before handing over him to the police.
According to sources, A Venkata Brahmaji, the headmaster of the primary school at Isinikada village in Anakapalle mandal had been harassing the girl for the past three months.She informed her parents about this. Despite getting several warnings, he failed to mend his ways. On Tuesday, 30 to 40 locals gathered at the school and thrashed the headmaster. The police registered a case.
