Matching outfits: Madonna has shared a new photo of newly adopted twins

Madonna has shared an adorable photo of her newly adopted daughters wearing matching outfits on Instagram.

The Material Girl posted a photo of the four-year-old twin girls she has adopted from Malawi, reportedly named Stella and Esther, wearing black and gold Adidas tracksuits.

They were also sporting matching gold head ribbons and red nail polish for the snap shared with Madonna’s 8.8 million followers on the photo-sharing app.

“Today's Blessing brought to you by Adidas!” the pop icon posted, along with several stars, flowers and heart emoji.

Madonna earlier posted a video of the twins happily singing along to Twinkle Twinkle Little Star, along with the message: “A little night Music…”

The signer said last week she was “overjoyed” that the girls were joining her family after officially completing the adoption process.

“I can officially confirm I have completed the process of adopting twin sisters from Malawi and am overjoyed that they are now part of our family,” she posted.

“I am deeply grateful to all those in Malawi who helped make this possible, and I ask the media please to respect our privacy during this transitional time.

“Thank you also to my friends, family and my very large team for all your support and Love!”

The 58-year-old, who has already adopted two Malawian children and has a biological son and daughter, was granted permission by Malawi's High Court to adopt the twin girls.

Their mother is understood to have died a week after giving birth in 2012 from caesarian section complications.
