Ducommun presents the new Model AHP-29043925-G1 power amplifier with 8 W of voltage and operation in the 27-31 GHz frequency range. These newly developed amplifiers are designed to utilize GaN technology to achieve a small footprint with higher power, and provide a signal gain at 25 dB, and saturated power at 39 dBm.
The Ka-band GaN amplifier is ideal for satellite and ground communication applications. Higher power models are also available at this frequency range.
