New Delhi: Wrestler Narsingh Yadav and his supporters will have to wait for atleast two more days to know his Rio Olympics fate.

After a two-day hearing that lasted almost seven hours, the National Anti-Doping Agency (NADA) reserved its final verdict on the grappler's doping scandal for Saturday or Monday.

The wrestler meanwhile, continued to live on hope that he would emerge clean thanks to the intervention of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
"We have put all our points before NADA's disciplinary committee. I have told them the truth. Now, I will have to wait for the panel's decision. I am hopeful that the panel will give the right decision. And as Prime Minister Modiji is himself taking interest in my case, I hope, I will get my ticket to the Rio Olympics," Narsingh Yadav told reporters at the end of the second day's hearing yesterday.

The Mumbai-based wrestler said he continues to train in the hope that he will represent India at the August 5-21 Rio Games. "I am continuing with my training in the hope that I will go to Rio. I have been framed.. This is a conspiracy. I have never doped across such a long career, why will I do so now," added the 26-year-old grappler.
