90s jodi Salman Khan and Sridevi to reunite for a film?

Salman Khan and Sridevi have together in films like Chandramukhi and Chaand Ka Tukda.

This is really coming out as a surprise for many fans of Salman Khan and Sridevi. And in that case, let us remind you that it wouldn’t be the first time that the two will be working together with each other but yes, it’s going to be after a really long gap. As per media reports, Salman Khan and Sridevi are coming together for a film but it’s not something like the way you think. In the past Sridevi was Salman’s co-star in films like ‘Chandramukhi’ and ‘Chaand Ka Tukda’ but that really did not make a big impact on the audience.

For those of you who thought that Salman Khan and Sridevi would be sharing screen space after so many years, then it is not so. Salman would be producing the film in which Sridevi would be seen playing the role of a mother. As per leading media reports, the movie revolves around mother-son relationship. Sridevi made her comeback in the industry with the film ‘English Vinglish’ and it was commercially successful. Movie fanatics simply loved the actress’ brilliant performance as a housewife who enrolled herself in a English-speaking course to bring an end to the kind of fun her family members make of her and also to gain self-respect in the due process. Meanwhile, Sridevi is gearing up for another Bollywood project in which you’ll also see her real life husband Boney Kapoor. Even Nawazuddin Siddiqui would be seen in a special appearance role. It is apparently said to be women centric film. On the other hand, Salman Khan is busy with Kabir Khan’s film titled ‘Tubelight’ that is scheduled to release during the time of Eid next year.
