Kohli scored his 35th century on Friday in sixth and final ODI against South Africa. The India skipper is now just 15 centuries short of going past the record set by his cricketing idol Tedulkar.
Sehwag, in response to a Twitter question, predicted that the Indian captain will go on score 62 centuries in the 50-over format.

Virat Kohli hit his thrid century of the series as he led India to an 8-wicket win. Kohli hit 129 not out off 96 balls. India completed a crushing 5-1 series win with this victory.
Virat hit three centuries in the six-match series and became the first player to score more than 500 runs in a bilateral series. He finished with 558 runs at an average of 186.00.
Sachin Tendulkar had notched up 49 centuries and 96 fifties in his 463 matches averaging 44.83. Virat Kohli has already scored 35 tons and 46 fifties in 208 matches with an average of 58.10.
