Anirudh might be roped in to score music for the film

Simbu, who is relieved over the release of Vaalu after almost three years, is currently busy with Gautham Menon’s Acham Enbathu Madamaiyada and Selvaraghavan’s Kaan. It was earlier reported that the actor would team up with Ameer for a rustic love tale, though there wasn’t much detail revealed.
The latest is that the untitled movie might have Tamannaah playing the female lead for the first time opposite the Vallavan star. Speculation is also rife that Anirudh, who has half a dozen promising films in his kitty, might be roped in to score music for the film. The grapevine has it that the film is being titled Mersal.
