Daijiworld Media Network - Mangaluru

Mangaluru, Sep 7: The Bunder police here on Thursday September 7 registered a suo motu case against 50 BJP members including party president B S Yeddyurappa for holding their 'Mangaluru Chalo' agitation at Jyothi instead of Nehru Maidan which was the designated venue for the protest.

The police had given permission to BJP Yuva Morcha, the organizer, to hold the protest meet only at Nehru Maidan. However, the BJP leaders and workers violated the police order and protested near Dr Ambedkar circle, not only posing a challenge to the police but also blocking traffic during peak hours of the day.

The polce who took the matter seriously decided to file a case.

On a complaint filed by Bunder police inspector Shantharam, case has been registered against BJP leaders Yeddyurappa, Eshwarappa, Jagadish Shettar, Prahlad Joshi, R Ashok, Shobha Karandlaje, Nalin Kumar Kateel and others.

Also, the police have seized two trucks, sound box, banners and the stage equipment used during the protest.

Look each and every one of them in the picture and imagine how much wealth they have accumulated during their political career. There is not even a single politician like Lal Bahadur Shastri. There not a single person who is concerned about the welfare of poor people. They are all in lucrative political business which give them power and wealth. They are like high pitch sales person fooling you to get your vote so that they can build more wealth on your backs. Since election is nearing, they are all coming out of their caves from hibernation. Don't be fool. Think smart. Be smart. Vote smart. After the election, they are all gone for another 5 years.

Karnataka BJP is now similar to Dera Sacha followers who too defied section 144 , looted the Bellary mines, honoured the rapist and porn watchers with ministry.

There is no suo motu case against Yeddyurappa, just open the case of his own wifes mysterious death in the water tank.
Next time there won't be any 'Mangalore Chaol' , he will not live his residence in Shimoga.

Shoba and Nalin Kumar are the worst politcians DK ever had. They are the main cause for all, the riots and agitations and communal disharmony in the district . People should take a note when they stand for election next time.

Civil case against those 50 accused for the monetary damages may be more effective than the criminal case. These people should be personally responsible for the cost incurred in maintaining law and order, mental distress, causing inconvenience to public etc. Court should take stern action against these law breakers and impose heavy fines in millions. This is how the US government control the illegal strikes by the labor Unions making the labor leaders liable for damages. The civil fines are in millions. I haven't come across of any illegal strikes in the US in the recent past.

When you hit their pockets, it hurts them the most. Jail term is a vacation for the politicians now-a-days.
