How to watch Clinton vs. Trump debate on Apple TV and iOS

The first debate between U.S. presidential nominees Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump is set to kick off tonight at Hofstra University in New York — and you can catch all the action on any Apple device.

Apple updated its “Watch the Debate Live” section today on both App Stores for iOS and Apple TV, giving users multiple places to catch what is expected to be the most-watched political debate in history.

Here’s how to livestream it:

The Big 4: CBS News, ABC News, Fox News and NBC News will all offer livestreams of the debate in their iOS apps.

YouTube: You can watch free livestreams from NBC News, Fox News, the Washington Post and Bloomberg.

Twitter: A free livestream of Bloomberg’s coverage will be provided to all users. You don’t even have to sign up for Twitter to watch.

Reuters: The news network will provide a free livestream on its website as well on its iOS app.

Facebook: Many news organizations plan to use Facebook Live to free stream their coverage, though it won’t be the same as you’ll see on TV. Buzzfeed, Univision, Telemundo, PBS, CNBS, The New York Times, C-SPAN and ABC News all plan to offer streams with some with commentary.

Snapchat: If you don’t want to watch the whole 90-minute debate, Snapchat’s Live Stories will offer different perspectives of students from the debate.

The Big 4: All of the major networks — CBS News, ABC News, Fox News and NBC News — plan to offer livestreams in their Apple TV apps. A cable subscription won’t be required to view the mayhem.

Twitter: The social-network’s new Apple TV app could be a great place to watch the debates thanks to the sidebar commentary that shows tweets in real-time.

Bloomberg TV: You can watch Bloomberg’s free livestream from their website or Apple TV app.
