Rustom box office collection day 6: Akshay Kumar's movie rakes in Rs 82.28 crore!

Akshay Kumar's Rustom has managed to rake in Rs 82.28 crore on Day 6!

The movie will hit the 100 crore mark anytime now! And it's not surprising.

Clearly in the clash between Akshay Kumar's Rustom and Hrithik Roshan's Mohenjo Daro, the former is emerging victorious. As we reported to you earlier, the movie had gone to collect an impressive Rs 60 crores in the opening weekend and about Rs 20 crores overseas. And now, the movie is almost close to achieving yet another milestone-The 100 crore mark. After adding Rs 7.67 crores on a Tuesday, the collections have hardly dipped thus earning Rs 6.38 crores on Wednesday. And it has totally earned an impressive total of Rs 82.28 crore! Akshay Kumar is definitely the man of the hour as his third film manages to rake in impressive collections at the box office. Earlier this year, he had Housefull 3, a multi-starrer comedy and Airlift, an action packed patriotic film. There's no doubt 2016 is Alshay's year and he has earned it.

Akshay Kumar is currently working on Jolly LLB2 and reportedly, the makers of south film 2.0 will resume shooting next week. The film stars superstar Rajinikanth and Amy Jackson.
