Chiranjeevi's comeback movie is creating waves at the box office alright. After getting off to a brilliant start in Andhra and Telugu states and overseas, the movie now has collected Rs 100 crore gross worldwide in 5 days! That's right. Boss is not only back but is also here to stay! Ever since its released on January 10th, the movie has been creating records, On day 1 itself the movie collected Rs 47 crore ( gross) worldwide. Khaidi No. 150 boasts of the third highest opening after Kabali and Bahaubali. In fact its opening day collection in India beat Aamir Khan's Dangal as well. The movie is performing phenomenally overseas as well. It has gone on to collect Rs 13 crore approx. Taran Adarsh also reported that Telugu films were dominating the US market last weekend - Telugu films are dominating the US market... Have eclipsed *all* Hindi films *this week*, including recent films and new ones...Khaidi no 150 has clearly beat Nandamuri's 100th film - Gautamiputra Satakarni in the box office race. Chiranjeevi's 150th film - Khaidi no 150 is the Telugu remake of the Tamil movie Kaththi. It starred the megastar in a double role. He also shared screen space opposite Kajal Aggarwal for the first time. The project was helmed by VV Vinayak. This film marked the comeback of the Telugu star to the big screen after a decade.
