Dhanush's wife Aishwarya is all praises for his directorial debut - Power Paandi

We all know Dhanush is soon going to make his directorial debut with Power Paandi. From the looks of the first poster, it seemed a group of middle aged men going on an adventurous bike trip. Nothing further about the film had been revealed, except for the fact that shooting is moving at a brisk pace. Now, the latest update is out - The movie will release on 14th April 2017, on his Dhanush's mom's birthday. The actor took to social media to make this announcement. Fans must be so excited, after all it's the talented actor's first project. We can't wait to know more about this project. Madonna Sebastian will also be part of this film. In other news, Dhanush will soon be seen in Gautham Menon's Ennai Nokki Paayum Thotta opposite newbie Megha Akash. The first look was out recently where two of his avatars were revealed. they were striking and very different from one another, more than Kodi. The movie is reported to be a romantic actioner. It will release around February. This film will mark Gautham Menon- Dhanush's first collaboration. He is also working on a project with Karthik Subbaraj. In other news, he and sister-in-law Soundarya are coming together for the sequel to the hit movie VIP. Kabali producer will be joining hands with them. Joining the team now is Bollywood actress Kajol, who reportedly loved the script and has given her nod verbally. She is making a comeback to Tamil cinema after 19 years. It will interesting to see both powerhouse of talents - Dhanush and Kajol together on screen. Also, two months ago, Dhanush had annouced that he would be producing his father-in-law Rajinikanth's next with Pa Ranjith - Kabali director. We are eagerly awaiting further updates on the movie.
