If anyone sees a 25-pound bobcat, please call the National Zoo

Whoops.

The National Zoo reported on Monday that it is missing a 25-pound female bobcat, Ollie — news that mostly sent Washington residents on Twitter into jokes about the missing bobcat because it’s Monday and it’s been sort of a crazy few days already.

More from the Zoo:

Animal Care staff are taking several measures to attract Ollie back to her enclosure. It is believed that she may return to her familiar grounds for food and shelter. Zoo staff are keeping the area around the bobcat exhibit closed because the bobcat will likely stay hidden from humans. Ollie is wild born and estimated to be almost seven years old.

The bobcat is not the only animal missing from zoos in the area. The Virginia Zoo said on Monday its search for a red panda, Sunny, is still ongoing after that animal went missing earlier this month.
