Ayr United 2-2 Stirling Albion

Craig Beattie's late equaliser secured a draw for Ayr United against Stirling Albion and moved the Honest Men out of Scottish League One's relegation zone.

Ayr, playing their first match since the departure of manager Mark Roberts, took the lead through Alan Forrest.

Steven Doris scored twice - a 25-yard free-kick followed by a shot from inside the box - to turn the match in Albion's favour.

However, Beattie buried the ball following Peter Murphy's free-kick.
